How do I register? Is there a deadline?

Tickets are $250 per person. You can register online at https://alliance4ed.ejoinme.org/2023Register
Registration will officially close at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 or when event reaches capacity.

What if I have dietary restrictions or other special needs?
 
We can accommodate most dietary concerns. Please let us know prior to the event by adding a note in the special accommodations area on the online registration form.  We will do our absolute best to accommodate you.

What is the Attire?
 
Great question, the attire for our event is cocktail attire.
Where do I park? Self-Parking available at the Fairmont Olympic Parking Garage at 415 Seneca Street, Seattle Garage entrance is on the west side of 5th Ave just south of Seneca St. There is an entrance off Spring St and Seneca St as well. The garage is a stand-alone building across the street from the Fairmont Olympic and on the same block as the W Hotel and Executive Hotel. Fairmont Olympic Hotel Valet Entrance is located on University Street

Is there a Discounted Room Rate?

Yes, we have a room block reserved for our event. Click Here to make a night of it and book a room. Discounted room rate of 259.00 (exclusive of tax) for a Deluxe King Room.  Additional room types and rates are available and listed on the webpage.

I am not able to attend the Gala, but want to donate, can I do that?

What time does the event begin ?

The event begins at 5:30 pm for a reception, the Live program begins at 7:00 pm.

What are the COVID-19 safety protocols for the in-person event?

Your safety is of the utmost importance to us. Safety protocols are subject to change based on government mandates and venue guidelines at the time of the event. For the safety of all our patrons we ask that if you or anyone in your household is unwell or has tested positive for COVID to please refrain from attending. We encourage all guests to also take an at-home COVID test as an additional safety precaution in an effort to keep all guest safe at the event. Masks are not required but feel free to wear one for your comfort. All areas will be sanitized before the event, and there will be access to hand sanitizer in each room.
